Meet the Founder, Danielle LaBonté

Danielle LaBonté Designs opened its doors in 2017. Danielle’s work since starting the graphic design studio has moved onto a global scale. Danielle became a Toronto award-winning graphic designer for pushing the creative boundaries in editorial and advertising design in 2019. She also has been featured in Yahoo Finance & News as the Top 10 Graphic Designers to Look Out For in 2021, and has been a featured designer on Adobe livestreams to design a custom logo from scratch to show others how to use the platform. Furthering this, Danielle has been guest speakers at notable summits and events to discuss branding and graphic design to audiences of over 20,000.

Previously, Danielle worked for other design studios, art galleries and companies before starting her own studio. She freelanced while working full-time and gained valuable experience working alongside intelligent and well known designers within the Toronto area.

Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from McMaster University. She studied abroad in Florence, Italy in those years to refine her skills and complete her thesis on High-Renaissance Architecture. In the following years, she continued into advanced education for graphic design at Centennial College.

With over 9 years of experience, she opened her own doors to marry the two worlds of art history with digital design. Danielle combines her excellent research skills and effortless communication with high quality designs to convey her clients’ stories and mission to attract their ideal clients. The team works hard to make sure Danielle LaBonté Designs is a graphic design studio that pushes the boundaries of creativity and branding.
